My Story
My journey into health and wellness began with personal adversity—battling hypothyroidism, and hormonal imbalances, and facing the profound loss of my husband to cancer. These experiences deeply transformed my understanding of health, teaching me the critical importance of a balanced lifestyle.
Determined to turn my pain into purpose, I embarked on a mission to not only heal myself but to empower others to do the same. I dove deep into the studies of integrative health, becoming a certified Health & Wellness Coach, with a special focus on Hormone Health. These challenges taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, the power of a supportive community, and the transformative impact of a holistic approach to wellness.
